Grantline Manor is a 13-unit apartment building near downtown Tracy. The complex was built in the 60's. It is mostly 1 bedroom apartments, but we do have one 2-bedroom and one studio.

JM Properties is serious about maintenance and repair at Grantline Manor. We consider leaks of any kind to be an emergency; be they leaky faucets, drains, tubs, or windows.

Being that this is the Central Valley, we are also vigilant about the AC. If an AC dies in the summer, we consider that an emergency also.
